Eating healthy and working out can extend your lifespan and reduce your chances of major health issues. We know it can be difficult to focus on exercise and eating well on top of your many other life priorities. Our nutrition and fitness programs offer easy ways to make healthy choices for you and your family.

One Pass

One Pass is a complete fitness solution for your body and mind. Eligible members can gain membership to participating fitness locations nationwide with access to online classes, at-home fitness kits, brain training, social activities and more — all at no additional cost.


Health Club Savings

Join a class, work with weights, swim some laps or try something new. Health Club Savings offers a monthly reimbursement for eligible members who belong to a participating health club.


Garmin discount

All UCare members get a discount on select Garmin fitness trackers, watches and accessories that are designed to support a healthy lifestyle.


Grocery discount

Eligible UCare members can save on healthy foods like milk, whole-grain bread, lean meat, eggs, yogurt, fruits, vegetables and more at participating grocery stores. Weekly discounts are pre-loaded onto your Healthy Benefits+ Visa® card.


Healthy food allowance

Some UCare members qualify for a monthly grocery allowance. Use on purchases for healthy foods such as milk, whole-grain bread, lean meat, eggs, yogurt, fruits, vegetables and more at participating grocery stores with your Healthy Benefits+ Visa® card.


Brook Health Companion app

Reaching your nutrition and fitness goals has never been easier. All UCare members can download and use the Brook Health Companion app at no extra cost. Use the app to chat with health coaches, build a personalized diet and exercise plan that works for you and more.


Activity tracker plus Personal Emergency Response System (PERS) device

Some members qualify for an easy-to-use activity tracker plus PERS device. It features 24/7 emergency call-for-help to a support agent, step and heart rate tracking and built-in GPS to support you both inside and outside your home.
