UCare Medicare Supplement Plans
UCare offers three statewide Medicare Supplement plans. Explore our plans and choose one that’s right for you.
What is a Medicare Supplement (or Medigap) plan?
- Medicare Supplement plans help pay for costs Original Medicare doesn’t cover, like copays, coinsurance and deductibles.
- Medicare Supplement plans don’t include Medicare Part D outpatient prescription drug coverage. If you want prescription drug coverage, you’ll need to purchase a stand-alone Part D plan.
Why choose a UCare Medicare Supplement Plan?
UCare offers a range of Medicare Supplement plans and premiums to fit your needs and budget:
- No network: See any Medicare provider, no referrals needed.
- Goes where you go: You’re covered anywhere in the United States when you visit any doctor that accepts Medicare.
- Fitness and wellness benefits: One Pass fitness program with more than 20,000 locations nationwide. Plus a tobacco and nicotine quit line.
- Guaranteed renewable policy: Your plan and benefits are guaranteed as long as you pay the premium.
